There is a 1-year warranty for hardware defects on new or open box purchases. If the hardware fails within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it.

If you’re unhappy or unsatisfied with your Sens.ai Device, we’ll accept all new, undamaged returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of your Sens.ai Device. We’ll refund the Device Purchase Price. Open-box products are final sale. All new and open-box purchases are protected by the 1-Year Hardware Warranty below.
