Membership FAQ
Is a Membership required?
A membership isn’t required to use Sens.ai. You only need a headset and membership for all the personalized Boosts, brain training programs, and Missions, which unlock as your brain gets stronger, more flexible, and more connected to the rest of your body. You can also add guided meditations to the Boosts.
If you aren’t ready, try the free Align Boost. You can do it as much as you want before joining. It works without a Sens.ai headset. All you need is your headphones or earpods, an account, and the app. Sign up and download the app.
The free version of Align includes a preset breathing pattern for breathwork, binaural beats, and optional guided meditation track. Because the free version of Align isn’t personalized, it works with your earbuds or headphones. You don’t need a Sens.ai headset or membership to try Align.
Can I share my account?
Your user profile keeps track of your session data and brain function results. Your Missions, Boosts, and brain training are personalized off this information, which means every user needs their own account. You can share your headset with up to four (4) friends and family.

Open-box products are final sale. Your open-box product is protected by the same 1-Year Hardware Warranty as new products.
1-Year Hardware Warranty
There is a 1-year warranty for hardware defects. If the hardware fails within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it.

Available for ages 13+. The use of the Sens.ai technology may evoke strong emotions. You may consider reading about how to welcome and work with strong emotions. If you feel overwhelmed, please consider contacting a professional mental health practitioner. Best results using Sens.ai: 8+ weeks of consistent use at 15+ minutes 5 times a week.
