You can manage your membership via sens.ai/login or in the Sens.ai App.
What's the difference between a membership and an account?
Accounts provide access and administration. Memberships are paid subscriptions to features and maintain a personalized history.
Are memberships transferrable?
Personal Memberships are tied to one individual and cannot be transferred. Duo and Family Memberships are designed to be shared — the owner invites up to 1 (Duo) or 4 (Family) additional members, and each gets their own personal profile and training data. Once created, a profile cannot be transferred.
What's the difference between Personal, Duo, and Family Memberships?
Personal is for one user. Duo is for two — a couple or close pair. Family is for up to five — typically a household. All three give every user the full Sens.ai experience: Missions, Training, Boost, and Assessments. The difference is how many people share one Membership.
I have a Personal Membership — how do I upgrade to Duo or Family?
Log in to your Sens.ai Account, click "Modify Subscription," and select "Change Plan." Choose Duo or Family. The remaining balance on your Personal Membership is applied automatically. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel in your Apple/Google subscription settings first, then purchase your new Membership on the Sens.ai website and email support@sens.ai to request a pro-rated refund.
How do family members join?
The Membership Owner invites members through the Sens.ai App. Each invited member will receive an email. They download the Sens.ai App, create or log in to their Sens.ai Account using the invited email address, and accept the invitation through the App.
