Warranty & Returns
30-Day Return Policy
If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your Sens.ai Device, Sens.ai will accept all undamaged returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of your Sens.ai Device. Sens.ai will refund the Device Purchase Price.
1-Year Hardware Warranty
There is a 1-year warranty for hardware defects. If the hardware fails within the warranty period, Sens.ai will repair or replace it.
MEMBERSHIPS
Can I share my account with other users?
No. Each user needs their own account to keep their sessions and measurements personalized to them.
Can I share my headset?
Yes. Each headset supports up to 5 unique user accounts.
What is included in a Membership?
The membership includes full access to all Sens.ai Programs across Boost and Train modes. Members have access to all Missions, meditation tracks, and Assess mode.
Will Sens.ai work without a membership?
Yes. Free accounts still have access to a subset of Boost sessions as well as HRV training.
