BrainYears™ Unlimited for Your Practice
BrainYears™ powered by Sens.ai is a functional brain age clock that longevity clinics can add to the biomarker testing they already offer. It tells your clients the age their brain is working at, from a 20-minute assessment your staff run in the practice, and it was developed in collaboration with the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. One monthly fee for each in-clinic assessment headset covers unlimited assessments and the headset itself. At a suggested $400 per assessment, ten assessments a month cover the fee, and every assessment after that is margin for your practice.
The Science Behind BrainYears™
A functional brain age clock developed in collaboration with the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, matching gold-standard MRI brain age accuracy from a 20-minute session.
At-Home Intervention
The report points to an at-home intervention, called a Mission: a structured 5- to 12-week protocol your client follows on a Sens.ai headset, with the app guiding every session. Each Mission focuses on one outcome, such as Calm You, Sharp Mind or Sleep Nirvana, and the app adapts as your client's brain changes. The reassessment shows what changed.

Your client takes a 20-minute BrainYears™ assessment, powered by Sens.ai, and pays your assessment price. Assessments are unlimited under your monthly fee.
The Interpretation Appointment
Your clinician reviews the report with your client and recommends what to do next, which may include an at-home intervention program. You can offer this as a separate paid appointment.
The Intervention Program
Your client buys a three-month intervention program and follows a personalized protocol, called a Mission, at home on an intervention headset. Your practice adds intervention headsets as more clients start programs.
The Reassessment
At the end of the program your client returns for a second BrainYears™ assessment, included in the suggested program price, and the report shows what changed since the first.
The new result points to the next Mission, and the cycle starts again.

Sens.ai provides the headsets your practice uses, and supports your team in running them.
Headsets for Your Practice
The headsets your staff use for assessments and in-practice sessions are provided by Sens.ai under your agreement. Intervention headsets, for clients following a Mission, are added as you need them for a monthly fee.
Replacement Coverage
When a headset develops a fault, we ship a replacement as soon as it is flagged, without waiting for its return. Coverage includes up to three replacements per location per year for defects, normal wear or performance issues. Loss, theft and damage beyond normal wear are handled under the terms of your agreement.
Onboarding and Support
Unlimited BrainYears™ assessments, the BrainYears™ Clinic Portal for your team, reports and client messaging, remote onboarding and training, and priority technical support.
