BrainYears™ Unlimited runs on a Device-as-a-Service model, billed per headset, per location.
Worry-free Hardware
Sens.ai owns and maintains every headset under your agreement: no equipment to purchase, insure, or depreciate. Your location also gets one backup headset at no additional charge. If a primary headset is damaged or uncharged, swap to the backup and you're running again in minutes, no call to support required. Report the issue whenever it's convenient.
Replacement Coverage
Sens.ai replaces up to three headsets per location per year at no charge for defects, normal wear, or performance issues. Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear is invoiced at replacement cost.

Quarterly BrainYears™ Assessments
Run the assessment at intake to establish a baseline, then reassess every three months. Each follow-up gives clients concrete, measurable evidence of how their functional brain age is trending, improving, holding steady, or declining. The test itself runs about 20 minutes; schedule a 30-minute room block for setup, testing, and discussion.
On-Demand Pro Boost
Between BrainYears™ check-ins, the same headset delivers a 15-minute Boost, tPBM light and binaural audio, customized through a short questionnaire. No EEG sensors, no signal check, no specialized training. Staff can administer it or a client can self-serve.
