Use your HSA/FSA
You could be eligible to use your HSA/FSA card to pay for all or part of your Sens.ai device if you're in the U.S.

- Select Flex at checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s an FSA and HSA?
FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) are tax-advantaged accounts, which means your money isn’t taxed when it goes into your account, while it’s in there, or when you use it for qualified purchases. FSAs are employer sponsored and you have to use the funds within the plan year. HSAs are usually a feature of high-deductible health plans and don’t have the same “use-it-or-lose-it” policy as FSAs.
How can I use my HSA/FSA funds to get a Sens.ai?
Select the “Flex | Pay with your HSA/FSA” option at checkout. (You may be asked to input your credit card for the Sens.ai membership. Your 60-Day Free Trial won’t be activated until after you complete your device purchase through Flex.) Confirm your eligibility as part of checkout. Enter your HSA/FSA card details. Within 24 hours, receive your Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) and itemized receipt from Flex.
What is a Letter of Medical Necessity?
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) is a document from a healthcare provider that explains why you need a specific health service, treatment, or equipment. An LOMN is usually required for reimbursement by an HSA or FSA—but you don’t have to schedule a doctor’s visit to get an LOMN for Sens.ai. Instead you’ll do a short telehealth consult via Flex during checkout.
Who is Flex, and what is their relationship to Sens.ai?
Flex is our new HSA/FSA payments partner for our U.S. customers. Eligible customers can use their HSA/FSA card to pay for all or part of a Sens.ai device. Think of Flex as an alternative payment method, like Affirm, which Sens.ai also uses so qualified customers can pay over time.
I don’t have sufficient HSA/FSA funds. Can I split the purchase?
Yes, you can split the purchase. You can use your HSA/FSA funds to pay for all or part of your Sens.ai device.
I have an HSA or FSA but I don’t have an HSA/FSA card. How can I use my HSA/FSA funds with Sens.ai?
At the HSA/FSA card details step, enter your regular credit card details instead. Within 24 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you a Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN) and itemized receipt for you to submit to your HSA or FSA for reimbursement.
